First-Time Purchase Satisfaction

If you're genuinely disappointed with your first purchase (either subscription or one-time), you may email us within 7 days of your order. We’ll review your case and, at our discretion, may issue a full or partial refund.

Refund requests must include:

• Your order number

• A brief explanation of why the indicators didn’t meet your expectations

• Proof of purchase using the email address tied to your order

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that fall outside this policy, especially in cases of repeated purchases, code abuse, or unreasonable claims.

Discount Code Reminder

The FIRST50 discount code is valid on your first purchase only. Refunds, if granted, do not reinstate discount eligibility on future purchases.
